- Rocky shoreline entry (not a sandy beach park). Honolua-Mokule'ia Marine Life Conservation District: no fishing/taking marine life. No lifeguards/showers; portable toilets only; highway roadside parking only. No reservation currently required; a reservation/shuttle management plan was discussed in 2026 but NOT imposed.
